Leader of the Real Estate, Investment and Construction Law and Wealth Management Practice. Expert in the field of the warranty of public credibility of land and mortgage registers. She has many years of experience in strategic consulting for foreign investors and real estate groups. Advises investors on multi-million transactions and the optimization of real estate portfolios, focusing on minimizing risk and maximizing investment value. She also advises on day-to-day operations, supporting effective business development in the real estate field.

She provides wealth management advice to private clients and family businesses. Her work includes assisting with generational succession planning, legal risk management and asset protection.

Partner in the Civil and Commercial Litigation and Negotiation and Mediation Practice. She focuses on effective conflict resolution and protecting clients' interests. She assists clients with strategic counseling and negotiation, both pre-litigation and during litigation, and evaluates litigation risk.

As an IMI Certified Mediation Advocate, she assists clients in effective negotiations and mediations, providing quick and efficient solutions to commercial and civil disputes. Participates in litigation, including international litigation, before state courts and arbitration courts. Acts as counsel (of counsel) in numerous proceedings, including international arbitration proceedings, including those involving disputes based on BITs (Bilateral Investment Treaties). Many of these proceedings are precedent-setting. Specializes in strategic counseling for foreign investors and capital groups, handling commercial and civil disputes, and protecting their interests in key proceedings. She is included in the list of Recommended Arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration at the Confederation of Lewiatan in Warsaw and the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. Within the scope of her practice, she has also conducted numerous administrative and administrative court proceedings.

She advises clients on antitrust issues, with a particular focus on regulations affecting the real estate and investment markets. Assists in the analysis of market practices, contractual relations and represents in proceedings involving unfair competition and antitrust violations. Advises on ESG and sustainability, helping companies comply with environmental requirements in the real estate and investment sectors. Supports clients in obtaining environmental permits, analyzing regulatory risks and implementing strategies that are consistent with climate policy and responsible investment principles.

As a doctor of jurisprudence and assistant professor in the Department of Civil Law at the Jagiellonian University, she combines practice with academia, providing clients with precise legal analyses based on the latest research and case law. Author of numerous publications, speaker at conferences, trainings and lecturer at postgraduate studies in real estate law organized by the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Civil Law of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
