Adv. Avi Arad specializes in complex real estate transactions, including large scale residential projects which include hundreds or thousands of housing units, and possesses significant reputation regarding Tama 38 (a National Outline Plan for the reinforcement of buildings against earthquakes) and urban renewal projects.

Avi advises clients from the planning and acquisition stages, through the development stages and construction and registration stages. He advises on financing procedures, and on real estate tax aspects, and represents clients before various government authorities.

Avi has been repeatedly recognized, year after year, by various international directories, among them is Chambers & Partners, by domestic directories and by professional magazines, as one of Israel's leading attorneys in the real estate field.

In the past, Avi was a senior partner at Dankner Lusky & Co., a leading Israeli law firm in the real estate, commercial and corporate fields.
