Particularly, she has advised and assisted a leading insurance company to complete a merger transaction in line with the regulatory requirements of the Ghanaian financial sector and has also assisted in completing a multi-phased non-renounceable Rights Issue process to raise USD 7 million to meet minimum capital requirements.

Furthermore, she has provided transactional support to a client engaged in a Joint Venture for the development of a substantial 5,000-unit hostel facility, valued at over USD 99 million. Her contributions included a comprehensive review of the Joint Venture Agreement and astute negotiation of key commercial terms.
