Ate van IJlzinga Veenstra, Lawyer & Tax Advisor, is a Partner in the Fund Structuring and Fund Services Group of Jones Day in Europe. Ate focuses on providing clients with legal, tax and regulatory advice regarding Fund Formation, Fund Reviews, Fund Secondaries, Fund M&A, Fund Litigation, Investment Joint Ventures and Investment Management. His experience is pan-European, including Luxembourg and Irish structures and all mainstream investment categories such as private equity, private debt, real estate, impact funds, hedge funds and infrastructure funds. His focus is on coordinating a fully integrated service (internationally and in combining legal, regulatory and tax advice) based on in depth knowledge of products and markets.
