Ashley represents general contractors, subcontractors, and developers of all sizes on complex private and public construction projects at the state, federal, and international level. Ashley’s experience includes representing clients in complex multiparty actions, as well as bringing and defending against impact and inefficiency, delay, acceleration, differing site condition, and other contract-based claims. Ashley assists clients at all stages of the construction process—from contract negotiation, to contract and claims administration, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation. Her experience includes bench and jury trials, mediation, arbitration, and appellate arguments.
