Arturo Carrillo is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Transactional practice group and is based in the New York office. Arturo is renowned for counseling clients in Latin America on complex cross-border transactions, including capital markets offerings and financings, liability management transactions, and mergers & acquisitions.
Arturo represents private and state-owned foreign companies, investment banks, bank groups and sovereign states in cross-border capital markets, bank financings and liability management transactions, structured financings, joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions, with a particular emphasis on Latin America matters.
Arturo also has significant experience with European corporate and capital markets transactions.
