Arshnoor Amershi

I have significant experience of high value cross-border M&A transactions as well as a strong reputation for venture capital and private equity work. As well as acting for both buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, I often advise institutional investors and management teams on prominent regional and national venture capital and private equity deals.

I advise clients across various different sectors but have particular experience in the technology, energy and financial services sectors.

I was awarded Corporate Rising Star across the North of England at the 2024 Legal 500 Northern Powerhouse Awards and I am also ranked as a Next Generation Partner.

I am an avid traveller and my vast network of overseas clients and contacts gives me the opportunity to explore different cities and learn more about different cultures.

I also love to play (and watch) sport and have recently taken up Padel which I enjoy playing regularly with clients and contacts.

Arshnoor is highly ambitious, dedicated and passionate. She loves to embark on new adventures and often travels with work in her role as Vice President of the “Young PLG” Executive Committee of PLG International Lawyers, the firm’s worldwide referral network.
