Ariadna Artopoulos is a partner of the Tax department. With 30 years of experience in the field, she advises national and foreign companies in various sectors of the economy in all tax matters related to their business.

She participates in in the drafting and implementation of corporate restructuring and financing and investment projects. Additionally, se represents major companies and local entrepreneurs in complex tax claims before the most important courts and tax authorities of Argentina.

She has solid experience in the application and interpretation of international agreements for the avoidance of double taxation and the exchange of tax information as well as other international instruments that may have an impact in taxation.

Professional Memberships

Ariadna is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies, the International Tax Association, and the International Bar Association. She represents Argentina before The Women of IFA Network (WIN) and is co-chair of the Legal and Tax Committee of the Argentine American Chamber of Commerce. She has acted as rapporteur and panelist in several meetings on international and domestic taxation.

She also serves as professor of tax law in different post-graduate courses at several renowned Argentine universities.
