António Rocha Mendes is a Partner in the Tax practice. He advises on the tax aspects of corporate transactions, including reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, spin-offs and financial instruments. He has been the leading tax lawyer on a large number of domestic and cross-border reorganizations in a wide range of industry sectors. He is also a guest lecturer at the Catholic University, where he teaches the Corporate Income Tax Class in its Master's Program and a specialized seminar on Corporate Reorganizations. He is a regular speaker in domestic and international conferences on corporate tax and international taxation.
