Martim Morgado

Martim Morgado is a Partner in the Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practices. With more than twenty years of experience, he advises on mergers and acquisitions as well as on private equity transactions covering a wide range of industry sectors, both for the sellers and buyers side, on domestic and cross-border M&A. His most recent experience includes advising in the financial and insurance, health and pharmaceutical, retail and IT and electronic communications sectors. He also handles property matters, including real estate projects and transactions. On the corporate side, he is often involved in handling company reorganizations and advising clients in key legal and strategical business matters, including joint ventures and other arrangements with shareholders and various other stakeholders.
