André Fernandes Bento

André Fernandes Bento is Counsel and head of the Financial Services practice area. With more than 15 years of experience, André has assisted clients in various financial services areas, including regulation, collective investment schemes and other types of financial intermediation, payment services and fintechs, cryptoassets, consumer credit, ESG (environment, social and governance), crowdfunding, as well as insurance and insurance distribution business. He has also assisted Portuguese and foreign banks and other financial institutions in project, finance and structured finance deals, both in primary and secondary market.
