Anthony W Clark

Anthony Clark, who founded Skadden's Wilmington Corporate Restructuring and Bankruptcy Litigation practice and headed the practice for more than 25 years, represents debtors, creditors and acquirers. He also handles corporate, securities and general litigation matters. While masterfully leading the group's Wilmington practice, he continues to achieve extremely favorable results for his clients. For example, on behalf of Exide Technologies, he helped secure a favorable ruling in its bankruptcy proceedings before the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware concerning three claims by South Coast Air Quality Management.
