Anthony Fuller

Tony Fuller defends corporations and individuals in criminal and civil investigations brought by the Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other federal and state agencies.

Tony's practice has covered numerous industries including life sciences, financial services, construction, government contracting, and higher education. With his background and experience as a federal prosecutor and trial attorney, Tony offers a critical legal perspective to clients facing serious challenges to their businesses or personal liberties.

Tony has been involved in a variety of high-profile criminal trials in federal and state courts in Massachusetts, including the bribery prosecution of the former Speaker of the House of Massachusetts and successful defense of a celebrity chef accused of indecent assault and battery. Tony's experience as a white collar federal prosecutor and trial attorney is invaluable in managing complex internal investigations and distilling the essential, material facts.

He was the co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's inaugural White Collar Crime Section. Tony is also on the Criminal Justice Act panel for the District of Massachusetts and handles court-appointed criminal defense matters for indigent defendants.

Prior to his career in the law, Tony was a Marine infantry officer. His service included leading a Rifle Platoon in the Persian Gulf War, for which he earned a Combat Action Ribbon. In his spare time, Tony coaches youth lacrosse in Winchester, Mass.
