Tony represents management exclusively in client counseling and litigation. He advises employers on managing employees, workforce training, reductions in force, personnel policies and manuals, employment contracts, covenants not to compete, confidentiality agreements, separation agreements, internal investigations, and compliance with anti-discrimination laws and other employment-related statutes. Tony also advises employers regarding labor-and-employment issues arising in mergers and acquisitions. He regularly represents employers in administrative investigations and proceedings, labor arbitrations, and lawsuits involving covenants not to compete, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, wage-and-hour violations, family and medical leave violations, and employee theft and trade secrets issues. Tony is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
