In the last year alone, Anneliese has been involved in some of the largest and most high profile international commercial, construction and energy disputes in the world, including; the termination of a US$350 million contract in Trinidad (having also successfully called in the project security in the Court of Appeal in London); one of the largest arbitrations in the world in Singapore involving a mine in Australia; a dispute concerning decommissioning of a nuclear power plant in Lithuania; an arbitration in London concerning the Crescent Development Project in Azerbaijan. She is currently acting for Alhambra in their ongoing ICSID claim against the Republic of Kazakhstan (in a $500 million dispute) being heard in Washington DC.
She was named as Construction Barrister of the Year at the Chambers & Partners Bar Awards 2018, Construction and Energy Silk of the Year 2018 at the Legal 500 UK Awards, Barrister of the Year 2014 by The Lawyer and selected as one of the 500 most influential people in the UK by Debretts in 2015.
