Benjamin Hughes is an independent arbitrator who is particularly well known for his longstanding - and continuing - association with Korean matters, but has broadened his range since relocating to Singapore. He is now encountered handling arbitrations across the region, with connections to jurisdictions that include China, India, Malaysia and the Philippines.

Chiann Bao in Singapore commands very high recognition in this space, having worked in it for over 15 years, not only as counsel and arbitrator both across and outside the region, but also as HKIAC secretary-general from 2010 to 2016. She demonstrates notable activity across the region, including in SIAC and KCAB, as well further afield on ICC and ICDR matters involving Asian parties.
