Anne-Lise Quach is a counsel at Debevoise and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on representations of institutional and other investors in connection with their private equity investments, including U.S and international buyout, venture capital, open-ended funds and other sector funds, and anchor and seed investments. Her clients include HarbourVest Partners, The Ford Foundation, The Nature Conservancy, PSP Investments as well as pension plans, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth family offices. Ms. Quach also advises the Stone Barns Center for Agriculture in connection with their general corporate governance.

Ms. Quach joined the firm in 2008. She received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2008, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a managing editor for the Journal of Transnational Law. She received a B.A. from Stanford University in Human Biology and an M.A. from Stanford University in Sociology.
