She acts for a wide range of corporate and government clients across different industry sectors. She has particular experience in providing advice to those conducting high profile public inquiries and large-scale disputes relating to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Annabel is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice which includes civil litigators with a regulatory specialism, as well as experienced criminal practitioners, making the team a “one-stop shop” for clients’ civil and criminal disputes and investigations.
She is recognised as a ‘Key Lawyer’ for Commercial Litigation in the London Edition of Legal 500 and is described as “detail-oriented and responsive” and “meticulous and very level headed”.

Inquiries client: Advising a core participant on a corporate manslaughter investigation following a high-profile public inquiry.
Non-departmental government body: Defending a non-departmental government body on a multi-million pound procurement challenge in the nuclear sector which resulted in a public inquiry.
National Crime Agency: Representing the National Crime Agency in defence of a £250 million compensation claim, being the first major section 283 POCA claim to be brought before the courts.
Shareholder: Representing a shareholder in defence of a high value s994 unfair prejudice petition concerning a pharmaceutical joint venture.
HNW entrepreneur: Advising a high-net-worth entrepreneur in relation to a complex dispute with the former CEO of his industry-leading private healthcare business.
