Career
Anna Cudna-Wagner is an attorney-at-law, partner, and head of the Dispute Resolution practice at CMS Poland.
Anna has many years of experience in representing business clients in civil and commercial disputes before common courts and arbitration tribunals.
She specialises primarily in disputes related to the banking sector and competition law. She also represents clients in proceedings before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
Anna advises and represents entities from the banking sector before Polish courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union in cases involving indexed/denominated loans. She also represents clients in private enforcement proceedings regarding compensation for violations of competition. Moreover, she has several years of experience in disputes regarding forward transactions (including currency options, CIRS, IRS).
For several years, she was a lecturer in civil law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and in civil procedure for trainee legal advisers at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
