Partner, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Transportation & Infrastructure Industry Sector Team, and Deputy Chair of the Firm's Aviation Team, Mosner practices in the areas of aviation law and competition law, focusing on the commercial aviation industry. A former aviation consultant, Mosner has a strong aviation business background. Mosner has negotiated and secured regulatory approval and antitrust immunity for several airline alliances, and cross-border airline investments. She also handles complex airline licensing matters, as well as complex enforcement and compliance matters before agencies such as Customs, TSA, FAA and DOT. Her practice also encompasses crisis response and management.
