Aniruddha Sen is a part of Trilegal's corporate practice. His primary practice areas are private and public M&A, restructuring and insolvency, special situations, distressed transactions and workouts, and structured finance. He has advised various international funds, investments banks and international investors in some of the high value and complex corporate and debt restructurings in recent years. Aniruddha has also extensively acted for funds, capital providers and corporations on large M&A and financing transactions. Aniruddha has advised several leading international funds, institutions and corporates on their Indian equity and debt investments, restructurings and exits.

Key clients that Aniruddha has worked with include Bain Capital Credit, Huhtamaki Oyj, JP Morgan, Bupa, SSG Capital, Emaar MGF Land Limited, Farallon Capital, Legatum Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Standard Chartered, Morgan Stanley, Baring Private Equity and Black River Asset Management.
