Angela is a Housing Law specialist and is instructed by both social housing landlords and tenants.
Angela is experienced in cases involving all issues arising in social housing including succession, tenancy fraud, anti-social behaviour and housing conditions in the county court, and leasehold disputes in the First Tier (Property)Tribunal.
Angela is regularly instructed to draft pleadings and advise with regard to s.204 homelessness appeals and judicial review applications in the High Court and to attend final hearings.
Angela will always try to find solutions to complex issues and think ‘outside the box’.
Angela’s practice includes Social Housing, Private Landlord and Tenant disputes, Property and the Court of Protection.
