Practice Areas
Philip's practice is almost totally public law children and has become more and more focused on representing the children themselves in long running complex final hearings. These proceedings tend to have parallel criminal proceedings or a background where there have been previous criminal proceedings. Increasingly also many of his cases concern complex medical evidence and substantial amounts of written material to be analysed and assessed.
