Work Highlights
During a career spanning nearly 20 years, Andrew has had the privilege of working with many individuals whose lives have been impacted by serious injury. Highlights include working as part of a team that succeeded in overcoming difficult liability arguments at trial and securing much needed rehabilitation and a 7-figure award of damages for a client who sustained a serious brain injury; obtaining interim payments for an amputee who was injured in the course of their work. This ensured financial stability and enabled rehabilitation and suitable accommodation to be implemented pending liability being resolved.
