Andrew Warambo

Andrew Warambo is a partner at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews in the tax practice. He has over a decade of experience advising a range of Kenyan and overseas-based clients across all sectors with respect to complex Kenyan and international tax matters.

He advises clients across all sectors on complex tax issues, providing tax-efficient solutions to new investors and successfully resolving tax disputes with the Kenya Revenue Authority before the Tax Appeals Tribunal and the Kenyan courts. He has undertaken numerous tax compliance, advisory and due diligence assignments in East Africa region, commonly involving providing assistance to new investors in setting up, acquiring and managing their local operations in a tax-efficient manner.

Andrew currently serves on the Law Society of Kenya Tax Committee.
