mini-trial and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings. - Cases range from simple contract disputes to complicated, multi-party litigation in diverse areas of substantive law, including lender liability, commercial leases, business frauds, and administrative . - Extensive intellectual property practice, acting on behalf of mostly foreign firms in registration, watch and litigation services concerning all types of intellectual property.
