Andrew is a partner in the corporate commercial and real estate department at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews with over 20 years of experience. He has built a solid energy and infrastructure practice with a strong focus in public-private partnerships (“PPPs). Andrew’s stellar work in PPPs and projects has made him one of the top legal advisor in many projects including most recently acting as the Kenyan legal advisors to China Road and Bridge Corporation, on the development, operation and maintenance of a dual carriageway with Class A standard that connects Mlolongo town with James Gichuru Road along the median strip of the A8 National Road (the Nairobi Expressway).
In addition to his work in Infrastructure and PPPs, Andrew regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and banking and finance transactions.
