Andrew Walker KC is a senior and highly experienced litigator, adviser, legal expert and arbitrator, with a caseload extending across the UK and overseas. In his property practice, he acts for and advises those who own, occupy, develop, care for, invest in or have security over land, including in matters where the relevant law goes well beyond property or landlord and tenant law. In his wider commercial practice, he deals with company/LLP/partnership disputes; commercial disputes in a wide range of business sectors; professional negligence and other breaches of duty by business professionals; securities; claims in which the value of assets is a core issues; and related insolvency and asset recovery claims. The breadth of his expertise enables him to take on cases that many property or commercial litigators cannot, and his depth of experience enables him to work with his clients, solicitors and supporting teams to manage risk and find effective, commercially orientated solutions in both the avoidance and resolution of disputes.
