Andrew is a transactional tax lawyer with more than 25 years’ experience advising on major M&A, property and infrastructure transactions.

He is recognised as a leading income tax, stamp duty and GST specialist, providing advice on the full range of business and property transactions. He is also known for his market leading expertise in designing and implementing employee incentive plans.
