Tony has over 25 years’ experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial law, including four years in Hong Kong working with Linklaters on transactions throughout Asia. He is an exceptional negotiator and is known for providing legal documentation and advice of the highest quality, matched with outstanding client service.

Tony’s key clients include AEA Investors, Caseking GmbH, Cargotec, Genpact Limited, Eurofins Scientific, IRONMAN, Best Friends Pets, Superior Foods, Amari Metals, iSelect, Royans Group, various private equity funds, family office groups, professional firms and numerous SMEs. Two recent transactions led by Tony are the acquisition by Dyal Capital Partners of a 40% interest in Navigator Global Investments (ASX: NGI) and the sale by Vitaminhaus Pty Ltd (Voost) of 100% of its issued share capital to Procter & Gamble (NYSE:PG).

Tony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Melbourne. He is admitted to practice in Victoria and Hong Kong.
