• Jason has significant experience in complex financial restructurings, recapitalisations, pre-packaged restructurings and consensual workouts. He is noted for his expertise in transactions involving debt-for-equity swaps, especially those implemented via creditor schemes of arrangement and acquisitions via Deeds of Company Arrangement.

• Jason has substantial international experience gained from being based in London for over a decade (from 2002 to 2012) and has acted on a significant number of high-profile and complex financial restructuring matters across Europe and the United States.

• In Australia, Jason advises both creditors and debtors on methods to best protect their interests in all forms of formal and informal financial restructurings and insolvencies. Clients range from senior secured lenders, insolvency practitioners, hedge funds, investment banks and private equity firms.
