Andrew Mason is a member in the Firm’s Tax Group who regularly works on a wide variety of federal and state tax matters, including real estate, mergers, acquisitions, project finance, leveraged lease, joint ventures, international transactions and matters involving the Firm’s individual clients. Mr. Mason represents clients in connection with adjustments proposed by the Internal Revenue Service. He also has experience handling New York state tax controversies. Mr. Mason has successfully worked on matters in the New York conciliation process and has appeared before the New York Tax Tribunal.
