He has deep experience across a wide range of products including leveraged and acquisition finance, investment grade and sub-investment grade bi-lateral and syndicated loans, capital call financings, real estate finance, loan-to-own financings, margin loans, distressed portfolio sales and work-outs. Doos’ experience spans numerous sectors including healthcare, financial services, real estate, oil & gas, retail, IT, consumer services, automotive, mining, gaming and insurance.
Doos advises banks, financial institutions, debt funds, private equity houses and corporates on complex multi-jurisdictional, multi-tiered, full and limited recourse financings.
