Andrew Miller’s practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on industrial development, healthcare, and acquisitions and sales. He takes a pragmatic approach to his deals, focusing on what’s important to his client to make sure the deal gets done as efficiently as possible.
In his development work, Andrew regularly advises developer clients in the development, acquisition, leasing, disposition and financing related to the projects, including the negotiation of joint venture documents. His work has spanned from 1,000,000-square-foot industrial facilities to mixed-use urban projects to retail stores across the country, which has given him a breadth of experience to draw from in his practice. Andrew has also worked across from large national banks, regional lenders and local banks in connection with his development work.
Andrew’s work has also focused on the healthcare field, having represented a national healthcare provider in both acquisitions and leasing, as well as a local hospital authority in its acquisition of properties in the Carolinas.
