Stephen Feldman concentrates his practice in complex business disputes, product-liability defense, antitrust and appeals. He co-chairs the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice Group.
Stephen's recent experiences include serving as trial counsel for a North Carolina health care entity in government litigation, defending the sellers of a North Carolina business against fraud claims, serving as appellate counsel for a national company on a novel question of North Carolina law, representing a pharmaceutical company in federal multidistrict litigation, and defending financial institutions in putative class actions.
A significant portion of Stephen’s practice involves matters in the North Carolina Business Court. The Business Court appointed Stephen to lead a committee that rewrote the court's rules.
