Andrew Levine

Andrew Levine is a litigation partner who focuses his practice on white collar and regulatory defense, internal investigations and a broad range of complex commercial litigation. He regularly defends companies and individuals in criminal, civil and regulatory enforcement matters and has conducted numerous investigations throughout the world, including on behalf of boards of directors. In addition to an active defense and investigations practice, Mr. Levine frequently advises companies on anti-corruption compliance matters, including conducting risk assessments, enhancing compliance programmes and mitigating transactional risks. He serves as the trusted anti-corruption counsel to numerous leading global companies and private equity firms. Mr. Levine’s practice also has a strong focus on Latin America, where he leads many of the firm’s anti-corruption initiatives.
