Andrew Leung
Andrew Leung is a notable junior, regularly instructed in complex and high-value proceedings before the Commercial Court, Admiralty Court and Court of Appeal. He is regularly instructed in wet and dry shipping disputes as well as significant commodities claims.
Acted for charterers in Classic Maritime v Limbungan in defence of a claim by owners for around USD20 million. The case raises issues as to causation and the correct application of the compensatory principle.
