Andrew L Herz

Andrew Herz is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. He is a recognized authority and frequent lecturer in commercial office leasing, mortgage financing, purchases and sales and workouts. Mr. Herz received the 2016 New York Bar Association’s Real Property Law Section Professionalism Award for “exceptional contributions of time and talent to New York real estate lawyers.” He is identified as a person “possessing an outstanding level of competence, legal ability and achievement; a continuing civility and appreciation for others… and who has been involved in Bar activities both on a state and local level.”

Mr. Herz has been an Adjunct Professor at Vanderbilt Law School where he taught real estate transactions courses. He has been an Advisory Board Member at The Georgetown University Advanced Commercial Leasing Institute. He has led many programs for bar associations and industry groups.
