Clint is a commercial litigator, trial lawyer, and problem solver. Clint has extensive trial experience in federal and state courts throughout the country. He advises established Fortune 100 companies, high-tech start-ups, and clients in between those growth stages on their material commercial disputes and intellectual property matters. Clint principally litigates cases involving trade secrets and intellectual property, contractual and business disputes, and advertising matters.
Prior to joining Patterson Belknap, Clint served as a law clerk to the Hon. Amalya Kearse of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Morrison worked at a government relations and public affairs firm in Washington, D.C., after a stint as an actor in Los Angeles.
