Andreia Oana Dumitrescu specializes in commercial litigation, domestic and international arbitration under various sets of rules (ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, and VIAC). She has assisted clients in a broad range of projects and disputes related to M&A transactions, construction, engineering and infrastructure projects, insolvency, etc.
She also advises clients in relation to banking and financing matters, bankruptcy procedures and IP issues.

Andreia holds a law degree from the University of Bucharest Law School (2004).
Andreia also holds a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration (DiplCArb) from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK (2010) being listed as prospective arbitrator of the Courts of Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce AHK respectively.
