Work Highlights
February 2026 - the final resolution of a dispute, in favor of the client, which is part of a renowned group active in the field of industrial equipment. The case originated from a contract for the demolition of an industrial platform and involved an impressive number of technical and legal issues specific to dozens of constructions located on that site
January 2026 - final resolution, by allowing the client’s claim for damages against a well-known Romanian design company, as a result of hidden defects in the documentation related to certain industrial equipment. The dispute lasted approximately 5 years and involved two expert assessments, as well as numerous issues of both a technical nature and relating to the contractor’s specific warranties
December 2025 - the final resolution of a dispute that lasted for 5 years, in a favorable manner for the client, a well-known player on the European waste management market, concerning the validation of a garnishment, regarding debts owed by a territorial administrative unit to an intercommunity development association
