Andreas is European Head of Dentons' Restructuring and Insolvency practice group. He covers the areas of financial restructuring, distressed M&A, insolvency, corporate and tax law. Andreas regularly acts as coordinator and representative for promissory note loan creditors (“Schuldscheindarlehensgläubiger”) and as double-sided trustee in distressed situations. In the framework of debtor-in-possession insolvency proceedings, Andreas acts as a fully authorized representative (“Chief Insolvency Officer”) for restructuring. He advises in particular on complex insolvency plan restructurings.

Andreas is also editor-in-chief of the ZInsO FOKUS Sanierung, Wolters Kluwer Verlag (insolvency law magazine with the highest circulation in Germany).
Andreas is one of the few German lawyers who is both, a qualified accountant and a tax consultant.
