Andrea Lipuma is a partner in the Litigation Practice, with secondary assignments to the Energy, Utilities, and Environmental groups. Andrea has significant experience representing clients in litigation matters in New Jersey state and federal courts, including class actions, toxic torts, environmental matters, products liability actions, business tort and contract litigation. She has litigated many high-profile, complex environmental cases and mass tort class action cases involving personal injury, property damage and medical monitoring claims.
