Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in real estate and public finance law, Kimberly guides clients in stacking various sources of capital, including tax credits for new markets, historic restoration and brownfields redevelopment, into complex financing packages. Clients she works with aim to include public funding in private development deals, utilize public land in joint real estate ventures with private entities, or use development agreements and other types of integrated approaches to innovative development. Her representations in these projects include local governments, public institutions of higher education, and large companies such as developers of continuing care retirement communities.
