Ana Radnev is dual Romanian and English law qualified and has more than 20 years’ experience advising on structured and event driven finance transactions having built a reputation of trusted adviser on financing matters and a SEE and CEE finance specialist, for both financing transactions and restructuring work.

Ana advises on a wide range of transactions including corporate/investment grade syndicated facilities, sponsor led leveraged financings, recaps, infrastructure finance, non-recourse project and real estate financings.

Ana has been focusing her efforts on sustainable and green financing matters. She is the head of the finance team in Romania alongside her regional outlook and client coverage and co-head of Sustainable Finance.
