Ana Andreiana

Ana Andreiana is a Partner in Loyens & Loeff's Corporate Practice and co-head of the Luxembourg Restructuring practice. She works across the full deal lifecycle, combining front end transactional expertise with deep restructuring experience.

Ana’s transactional practice covers corporate M&A and private equity buyouts, joint ventures, bolt ons and exit transactions, often with complex, cross border elements. She advises corporates, private equity funds and other financial investors on structuring, execution and corporate/securities law issues, drawing on significant finance and capital markets experience.

In parallel, Ana acts on domestic and cross border restructurings, distressed M&A, liability management exercises, complex capital solutions and alternative investments, having been involved in some of the most notable European restructurings and liability management exercises in recent years. She regularly leads integrated, multi disciplinary teams in high stakes situations and counsels Luxembourg companies and boards on directors’ duties and best practice governance when facing financial stress. Ana is also a regular author and trainer for our clients on restructuring, governance and board topics.
