Amy Papenhausen

Amy helps families and businesses prepare for the future.

A member of the firm's Taxation & Wealth Planning Department, she guides individuals and fiduciaries through the estates and trust administration process and advises clients on estate planning, business succession planning, conservatorships, guardianships and estate and trust litigation.

Amy believes in getting to know her clients on a personal level in order to understand their families' unique needs and business goals and design estate plans that reflect their values. She works with individuals at all stages of life, from seniors interested in securing their legacies to young professionals creating estate plans for their growing careers and families. Amy enjoys providing clients the peace of mind that comes from having a thoughtfully designed and legally sound strategy for the future.

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Amy was a member of the trusts, estates & legacy planning practice at a national law firm.
