Practice Areas

Aaron handles complex family law cases often involving issues ranging from high value businesses and assets to contested adoptions and alternative reproductive issues.

Aaron also represents clients in their custody, (child and/or spousal) support, and equitable distribution cases, as well as the negotiation and preparation of prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

He also has extensive experience handling issues adjacent to traditional family law cases such as litigating real estate partition actions between unmarried parties and advising on the succession planning of small businesses.

Aaron is based in Fox Rothschild’s Montgomery County office, but regularly handles cases in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties (Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, Bucks, Lancaster, and Berks) as well as other areas of the Commonwealth.

Career

Aaron received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University, where he played outside linebacker on conference championship and playoff teams. During law school, Aaron clerked for the Honorable Juan R. Sanchez of the 15th District (Chester County) Court of Common Pleas where he worked on the Judge’s criminal and civil dockets. Prior to joining Fox, Aaron was an associate in a boutique litigation firm.

Aaron is an active pro bono attorney through the Philadelphia VIP program and Southeastern Pennsylvania Legal Aid Society. He is the past Chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association Family Law Section and previously served terms as Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.

Aaron serves on the Montgomery Bar Association Board of Directors and the Judiciary Committee which vets potential judicial candidates for the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.
