Amy has an active court and arbitration practice, covering a wide range of complex and high-value disputes. She has also extensive experience representing major contractors in large-scale infrastructure, engineering and construction disputes across a wide range of jurisdictions and sectors.
Amy's dispute areas span a wide variety of commercial interest including construction, contractual claims, shareholders, and directors’ duties. In addition to her disputes practice, Amy is also regularly involved in projects, corporate drafting and project advisory matters.
