She understands the personal relationships, which have often been strained by the dispute, in a trust context. She has a broad practice dealing with insolvency matters, property disputes, and commercial disputes.

Amy Benest is a Partner in the Jersey office. She is a Jersey Advocate and an English Solicitor, who joined Baker and Partners in March 2023. Having worked in Jersey, Guernsey and London, Amy brings a breadth of experience to her work.
